This is the all encompassing creative life of Jeff Terranova… I tried to keep it as simple/basic as possible… Follow the links for additional details.

I have sustained a career in music the past 26 years recording and touring with the bands Up Front, Windfall and No Image as well as being president/CEO of Smorgasbord Records.

Between 1987 to present day, I have played on 16 albums, Produced 8 albums and Co-Produced 10 albums, all of which were released independently worldwide.

I have played around 186 shows with Up Front, including two US tours, three European tours and one tour of Japan… 110 shows with Windfall, including two European tours… 54 shows with No Image… 8 shows with Eventide… 9 shows with the Symbionts, 5 shows with Fired Up... 3 shows with Confidence Crisis... and a one off show with Against The Wall.

Smorgasbord Records started out in 1986 which I took over in 1996… the label's catalog consists of 33 releases, 23 of which are still in print (as well as available digitally) and 6 releases which are available exclusively for digital download only.

I was DJ/Host of The Anti-Emo Empire! which was a weekly radio show that catered to old school and new school hardcore and punk rock. You could hear the show every Thursday night from 8-10 PM on WNHU 88.7 FM, West Haven, CT and ran from May 29th, 2001 to September 3rd, 2009. Besides spinning music, the show also featured live interviews, giveaways and a concert calendar.

I have conducted literally hundreds of interviews both print and online throughout my career talking about running a record label, touring and recording with bands, hosting a radio show as well as my philosophies on life, arts and a vegetarian diet.

When not playing music, I was booking/promoting bands for 8 years in New Haven, CT, photographing live bands, running a rehearsal space and making some cash on the side doing graphic design jobs.

After relocating to Long Beach California in December 2009, I had focused my attentions on live band photography and vegan food… Being a strict vegetarian for 25 years, I had decided to incorporate all of my loves into one venture… a Vegan Eatery with an artistic and music vibe/theme! I owned and operated The Long Beach Vegan Eatery from October 17th, 2011 - August 1st, 2013
